Terms of Sale: Physical Prints

Prints are made to order and are not a simple buy-and-be-done product. I put effort into making sure the print you receive is both what you want, and the highest quality possible. Therefore, extra effort is put into the process for getting a print.

Finalizing a print order assumes you have read these terms.

Sale Finalization

A sale is not considered final until all details are discussed over email. This includes print size, framing, and more. All sales, once finalized, are considered final unless otherwise specified. If you have any issues with your order after it has arrived, reach out to me so we can discuss.

Pricing

As I work with a third party printing service (Mpix), there is an added cost to each printed product. To accommodate for my own costs and effort into making your photo, I add 50% to the price of the print. If you are featured in my photos, such as being the pilot of the aircraft, I will only add 35%. This discount is done at my discretion or via proof sent by the customer.

Customization

All prints, by default, come with the highest quality Giclée Matte Photo Paper, and an acrylic anti-glare covering (if framed). Other types of paper can be requested. Framing options are also available, as well as other customization, all done by special request. Customization will be discussed over email.

Payments

Invoices are sent via email through PayPal Invoices. A PayPal account is not required for the customer. The order will not be placed until the invoice is fully paid. You will receive a notification via email when the order has been placed. You may pay the invoice whenever you please, but I may cancel your request if the invoice remains unpaid for a month or more.

Shipping

All prints are shipped within one week of the finalized sale, directly from my printing service to your door. Shipping times may vary. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be included in the invoice if applicable. Some orders may have free shipping, which will be indicated on the invoice.
